I enjoyed my stay at Green Rich Hotel Kobe Sannomiya. The hotel location is good, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. The artificial hot spring was also good! Convenient location near the JR Kobe Sannomiya station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast, nice onsen. Variety of parking lots around the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Sannomiya station, which is super convenient. There‘s also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room is your standard hotel room, nothing out of the ordinary but comfortable.

The Onsen (hot bath) in the hotel is very much a positive point. Good WiFi. They also have LAN port and provide LAN cable.

Room is modern with nice wallpaper design. Bathroom is very spacious. Has coin laundry machines and able to see availability from TV.

To have an Onsen in the Hotel is nice. The breakfast was okay, nice mixture (but the little bakery around the corner is unbeatable).
